Our approach
Tall buildings are among the most enduring additions we make to our cities. Their influence extends beyond their immediate setting, defining the identity and collective memory of place for generations. We believe this permanence brings a responsibility to create architecture that is both ambitious and deeply rooted in its context.
Townscape moments
Successful towers become embedded in the memory of a city, aiding orientation and marking important routes, spaces and destinations. Height, form and silhouette are tested in relation to strategic and local views, producing recognisable landmarks rather than isolated objects. At street level, the building is carefully shaped to reinforce frontages, frame public space and enrich the everyday experience of the city.

Patel Taylor has honoured our vision for the site, which was to deliver exemplar architecture and an attractive new public realm that improves local connections as well as providing much-needed new homes for Wandsworth.

Vertical communities
Increasingly, towers accommodate a diversity of uses and tenures within a single building. We embrace this complexity, carefully organising homes, workplaces, hotels, retail and shared amenities into coherent communities that function seamlessly together. Through clear planning, carefully considered circulation and thoughtfully designed shared spaces, we create buildings where different communities can coexist while maintaining their own identity and benefiting from a rich mix of shared experiences.
