Wembley Point is a two-phase mixed-use regeneration combining the retrofit of the landmark 1960s tower with new mixed-tenure residential buildings of up to 35 storeys, creating a new arrival point for Stonebridge.
The first phase converts the existing Wembley Point building to residential use, with a redesigned façade improving its appearance, energy performance and internal comfort. The second phase introduces market and affordable homes alongside new commercial space, with a high proportion of dual-aspect and family homes.
A network of new public spaces and pedestrian routes opens up the previously isolated site, improving connections with the surrounding neighbourhood and creating a more welcoming and accessible piece of the city.
