The TwelveTrees Park Community Building creates a new social and civic focus at the heart of the emerging TwelveTrees Park neighbourhood, bringing together new residents and the wider West Ham community.
Located within the first phase of public realm, the building forms a distinctive marker on the route from West Ham Station while maintaining a human scale within the surrounding landscape. Its layered horizontal form and simple material palette respond to the character of the new park.
Entrances at ground and podium levels connect the building directly into the landscape, while a feature staircase links the upper floors and creates a strong internal journey. Etched glass panels give the building a distinctive identity and changing presence within the wider townscape.
