Evergreen Point and The Redwood are two residential towers of 34 and 32 storeys in height forming the entrance to TwelveTrees Park from West Ham Station and creating a new gateway to the neighbourhood.
The towers step up towards the station, marking the entrance to the site and defining the edge of Central Park. Their differing heights and slender proportions articulate the skyline while creating a strong relationship between the new neighbourhood and the existing community to the east.
A simple, robust palette gives each tower its own identity while maintaining a clear architectural relationship between them. Evergreen Point’s white metal façade contrasts with the bronze tones of The Redwood, with strong vertical detailing reinforcing their presence on the skyline.
