77 Marsh Wall is a 52-storey mixed-use residential tower bringing together homes, co-living and serviced apartments within a new vertical community on the Isle of Dogs.
Located at the intersection of South Dock and Millwall Cutting, the building forms a landmark within the evolving Canary Wharf skyline. At ground level, food and beverage, retail and community uses activate Marsh Wall and the dockside, alongside new public spaces.
The project brings different tenures and ways of living together under one roof, including 38% affordable housing alongside Build-to-Rent, co-living and serviced apartments. Rooftop gardens, leisure, wellness, co-working and communal spaces create a shared environment for a diverse urban community.
