The masterplan is structured around a new High Street that reconnects the estate with surrounding neighbourhoods, lined with shops, cafés, flexible workspace and community facilities. New streets, walking and cycling routes and a network of green spaces create a more connected and accessible neighbourhood
Developed with Notting Hill Genesis and Barnet Council, the proposals replace an inward-looking estate with a more integrated piece of the city, combining new homes with the social infrastructure and public spaces needed to support a thriving community.
