Countryside and Kingston Council’s regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate is one of the largest of its kind in London.
When complete, the project will provide 2,170 energy efficient new homes for sale, social rent and Shared Ownership, supported by community facilities, public realm improvements and landscaped outdoor spaces on an 8.6 hectare site.
In early 2020, Cambridge Road Estate residents voted in favour of the proposals which received planning permission in late 2021.The construction of the first site in Phase 1, which includes 452 homes, is currently underway.
