Ealing Broadway is a residential-led development comprising two buildings of 12 and 14 storeys, providing a mix of market and affordable homes with new commercial space in the heart of West Ealing.
The development replaces an underused site with new homes and flexible commercial and retail spaces, helping to reinvigorate the High Street. A new pedestrian civic space along St James’ Avenue, improved landscaping and active ground-floor uses create a more welcoming and connected public realm.
The architecture responds to the character of West Ealing through a varied palette of brick, masonry and bronze-coloured metal. The buildings step in height to respond to the emerging townscape, with articulated façades and balconies bringing depth and rhythm to the elevations.
