Rockcliffe Square is a mixed-tenure residential development providing market and affordable homes across two phases, forming part of the wider regeneration of the London South East Colleges campus.
The masterplan re-establishes historic street frontages lost through previous development. New homes reinstate the residential character of Villas Road and Invermore Place, while a generous south-facing courtyard provides shared amenity space at the heart of the development.
The buildings respond to the changing character of the site, from the urban setting of Plumstead Road to the parkland to the south. A varied palette of brick, recessed balconies and individual street entrances helps embed the new homes within their surroundings. Half of the homes are affordable, comprising affordable rent and shared ownership.
