London Dock

Cashmere Wharf is a 27-storey residential tower overlooking Gauging Square, creating a distinctive marker for the London Dock neighbourhood on the city skyline.

The tower combines new homes with commercial space at ground level. Its crystalline form is articulated in glass and precast concrete, with slender glass fins and tapering piers emphasising the building’s vertical proportions.

Designed to work at both city and neighbourhood scales, Cashmere Wharf forms part of the wider composition of London Dock while defining the public spaces around it and connecting residents with the emerging neighbourhood.
