Brick and precast concrete are combined across a series of distinct elements, with a darker brick marking the prominent junction of Dock Street, The Highway and Vaughan Way.
A landscaped residents’ courtyard and rooftop gardens provide sheltered amenity spaces with views towards the City. At ground level, a covered colonnade reinforces the wider network of routes through London Dock, contributing to an uninterrupted 400-metre connection along Pennington Street.
