Landscape is fundamental to the experience and memory of place. Embedded in our design approach, it shapes the identity, character and long-term success of the environments we create.
New city parks
We see new city parks as the epicentre for regeneration that can anchor regeneration, connect neighbourhoods and give development a shared identity. By combining recreation, ecology, water management and movement, parks become active destinations as well as resilient landscapes. Their quality attracts activity and investment, supports surrounding uses and creates enduring public value.London's greatest neighbourhoods were rarely created as isolated projects. From the Georgian estates of Mayfair and Bloomsbury to the planned communities of Hampstead Garden Suburb and the Barbican, they were conceived as lasting pieces of city. We draw inspiration from this tradition, creating contemporary estates that combine coherent vision, mixed uses, generous public realm and long-term adaptability to support London's continued evolution.

Eastside City Park is beautiful, striking and very simple, but there’s a complexity within it which makes it very interesting to walk through. It sits beautifully in its site and it does a lot for the buildings and area that it’s in.

Streets and interlocked spaces
Great places are shaped as much by the spaces between buildings as the buildings themselves. Streets, squares, parks and green corridors form a connected public realm that encourages walking, cycling and everyday social interaction. We use landscape to stitch neighbourhoods together, creating legible, accessible and welcoming environments that support healthy, active communities.

The most successful residential developments extend everyday living beyond the front door. We design gardens, courtyards, terraces and roof landscapes as integral parts of the home, supporting relaxation, play, wellbeing and social interaction. Carefully considered planting, microclimate and management ensure these spaces remain attractive, usable and valued throughout the year.
